Speaking during Wiper’s NDC on October 10, 2025, Gachagua said Ruto deceived Kenyans by using the “hustler versus dynasty” narrative to gain power but has now aligned himself with the same political dynasties he once opposed.
He claimed Ruto used the Bible to win their trust and promised to uplift ordinary citizens like Mama Mboga, yet has since abandoned them.
Gachagua alleged that Ruto diverted resources meant for hustlers and used oppressive tactics against protesters while protecting allies.
He called Ruto deceptive, saying the hustler movement was now dead under his leadership.
Gachagua also expressed confidence that the opposition will defeat Ruto in 2027, arguing that his betrayal of the grassroots will cost him public trust and political support.
