In the bitter confrontation, the vocal legislator did not hesitate to accuse the CS for Health of using his position to steal from the general public.
The MP even boldly told the CS that he cannot be intimidated in any way, and he will continue calling him out for his bad leadership.
''Who are you? Duale, you cannot intimidate me, you are stealing from the people,'' stated the vocal MP in his bold accusation.
Reacting to the remarks by the MP, ODM's Robert Alai has fired at the MP insisting that such is not the way to go. In his statement, Alai even stated that when a legislator argues and confronts a member of the Executive in such a manner, it only sends the message that the people elected a wrong leader.
