Witnesses say a boda boda rider, believed to be in his late twenties, targeted a woman walking along a busy street, snatched her handbag, and sped off, unaware that what he had just stolen would change his life in a matter of seconds.
According to eyewitnesses, the woman screamed but did not chase after the thief. Instead, she stood still, appearing strangely calm as the rider disappeared into a nearby alley.
