Born and raised in Kenya, Ng’eno began his academic journey at Alliance High School, where he studied from 1991 to 1994.
He later joined Moi University, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree between 1996 and 2000. To strengthen his legal qualifications, he attended the Kenya School of Law, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies in 2001.
Years later, he expanded his expertise in governance and leadership by pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management at Strathmore Business School, which he completed in 2017.
Ng’eno’s professional career began in private legal practice. He worked as an Associate at Nyaundi Tuiyott & Company between 2002 and 2004, focusing on litigation and commercial law.
He later practiced independently in Eldoret, handling various legal matters before becoming a partner at Kipsang & Mutai Advocates.
His career later shifted toward public service when he joined the Kenya Sugar Board as Legal Counsel from 2009 to 2013.
In 2013, he entered the Presidency as Senior Director of Messaging, where he managed presidential speeches, official communications, and policy commentary during President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration.
After returning briefly to private practice, Ng’eno joined President William Ruto’s administration in September 2022. His current responsibilities include developing policy messaging and preparing presidential speeches, making him a key communication strategist within State House.
