Farouk Kibet, an aide to President Ruto, is facing significant public backlash after posting a sharp online attack against Nyandarua County Senator Kaba Methu on his official Facebook page.

Kibet, who has recently made several controversial remarks about political figures, accused the senator of being a "political baby" and "still in diapers politically." He also labelled the senator as tribalistic.

In his post, Kibet boasted that he is busy "building the nation" through government projects. He contrasted his work with the "ongoing division" he attributes to the opposition, also taking a swipe at former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, referring to him as "Mr. Quarter-Term."

"Kaba Methu, Senator Nyandarua," Kibet wrote, "clearly someone's still in the diapers politically. Meanwhile, I'll keep building the nation, unlike some folks who are too busy spreading vitriol and tribalism for their paymaster, Mr. Quarter-Term. I have no time for petty squabbles or being swayed by divisive rhetoric."

The remarks did not sit well with many Kenyans, who flooded his comment section with angry responses.

Several users mocked Kibet, pointing to his public speaking style and suggesting that his fluent English post must have been written by an educated person managing his account.

"Ofcourse this can not be your english. there's no way a class 3 drop out can write such. when wisdom was raining Mr kiberiti, you had an umbrella." replied the senator.

"Methu is not an appointee like you he is a disguised elected senator. he must be respected" wrote master luke.

"would like to see you sir addressing the public in English language", wote kitaa wilson.

"The day kiberiti gets the mic n communicate in the queen dialec, I will officially join the tutam movement."wrote peter ngari.

This is not the first time the ruto pointman is under fire with Kenyans after attacking former president Uhuru kenyatta for attending late hon.

Raila Odinga burial, Martha karua saying she didn't attend while actually she attended and opposition leader Rigathi Gachangua for failing to attended the ceremony held last Sunday.
