However, the president has received some bad news after his former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua positioned himself as the Kingpin of the mountain a head of the next elections.
According to Gachagua, he is the undisputed Kingpin of the mountain and anyone who want to climb the mountain politically must therefore lass through him prior to the next general elections.
Gachagua has maintained that the president will not get more leaders and leaders from Mount Kenya unless they all pass through him a head of the next elections where the United is keen on winning that election to make president William Ruto a one term president.
