In a bold message directed to vocal Political analyst Professor Herman Manyora, vocal Lawyer and Government critic, Dr. Miguna Miguna has asked him to stop complaining about the state of Nairobi Hospital and the courts on social media but instead take tha matter to court.
The bold message by Miguna was in reaction to Professor Herman Manyora's statement where he had argued that there is a lot going on within Nairobi Hospital and even in the Kenyan courts.
Reacting to Professor Herman Manyora's remarks, Miguna has argued that the only prudent thing that the analyst would do is to take the matter to court now that he is one of the litigants in the case.
''As a party and an active litigant in the case, you should seek the intervention of the judiciary in court; not on the social media.'' Stated the vocal Lawyer.
In his statement, Miguna has asked Professor Herman Manyora to stop seeking the intervention of Chief Justice Martha Koome on the matter, insisting that any complaint against a judge should be directed to the Judicial Service Commission instead.
''Chief Justice Martha Koome is not presiding over your case. If you want to file a complaint against a specific judge for misconduct, do so at the JSC.
We must guard against interference with active court cases. The rule of law and constitutionalism demand it,'' he added.
