According to reliable sources, there is a split in the party, and the two, haven't been agreeing with the decision made by the party, especially when it comes to supporting the broadbased government.
The two are from Luhya community and in the meeting, they discussed about the position of the community in Kenyan politics and whether they will remain in ODM or not.
However it is alleged that Sifuna, Osotsi, Babu and Caleb Amisi are among those who might exit ODM if the party decides to support Ruto in 2027.
The two have been at the forefront of making sure that ODM is a democratic party and they don't agree with those party members who have already started campaigning for Ruto.
