Being one of President Ruto's most vocal critics during his days in the opposition, Ndii's accusations against the President's PhD being fake have come to haunt him years later.
In his statement, David Ndii, who is one of the members of the President's inner circle is accused of having accused the President of being illiterate and having a fake Doctorate Degree.
In his days of being the President's critic, Ndii had even stated that President Ruto, who was then the Deputy President did not deserve to become the President of Kenya.
Speaking through his official X page in a recent message, the President's advisor was forced to defend himself while quoting a bible scripture that emphasizes on love for our neighbors.
While dismissing the accusations, Ndii even stated that those raising such accusations are ignorant of how state affairs work, insisting that such matters are above their pay. "Love thy neighbour. Statecraft is way above your pay grade." Stated Dr. David Ndii while defending himself.
