A graphic video circulating online has ignited widespread outrage after capturing a violent encounter in which two women are assaulted as a voice in the background repeatedly demands money.

The footage, now shared across multiple platforms, presents a clear and unsettling sequence.

Two men are seen striking the women with what appears to be a nyahunyo, delivering repeated blows as the victims struggle to shield themselves.

Their movements suggest fear and submission rather than resistance, with one woman attempting to crouch while the other raises her arms defensively.

What distinguishes the clip from other cases of recorded violence is the persistent audio in the background. A female voice, not visible in the frame, is heard several times shouting “leta pesa.”

The timing of the demand—overlapping with the assault—has led many viewers to interpret the incident as more than random violence. Instead, it points toward a possible attempt to force compliance or extract money under duress.

The video itself provides concrete indicators: continuous physical strikes, the victims’ lack of escape, and the repeated verbal demand.

At one point, a sharp cry is heard as a blow lands, followed immediately by another demand for money, reinforcing the connection between the violence and the pressure being applied.

Public reaction has been swift. Social media users have called for urgent identification of those involved, while others have questioned how such an incident could occur in full view of a recording device without intervention.

Advocacy groups have also raised concerns, noting that the footage reflects patterns often associated with coercion and intimidation.

Despite the clarity of what is seen and heard, key details remain unknown. The location, identities, and context leading up to the confrontation have not been verified. Even so, the video has become a focal point for anger and concern, with many demanding swift action.
