PLP party leader Martha Karua has signaled ending her political relationship with other United Opposition leaders including former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua, former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka, former Defence cabinet secretary Eugene Wamalwa, former Interior cabinet secretary Dr Fred Matiangi, former National Assembly speaker Justine Muturi among others.
Karua says that she is not ready to deputize anyone and will sort to run independently should the opposition fail to pick her as their flagbearer in the coming general elections.
"Mimi Sitakuwa Running Mate Wa Mtu Yeyote. Kama Sitapewa Tikiti Basi Nitaenda Kivyangu Mpaka Katika Uchaguzi," Martha said.
It's from here that the former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka was forced tp pause his speech for a while as residents breaks into dances and singing the Wantam slogan with tge help of the DJ.
"Wantam. Wantam. Wantam," chants fill the air forcing Kalonzo Musyoka to pause his speech for while as he joins residents in singing Wantam.
