Millie Odhiambo Indirectly Declares Her Stance Amid Conflict Between Sifuna and Oburu's Factions

Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo has indirectly declared her stance amid a conflict between Oburu's faction and Edwin Sifuna's.

The ODM Party is currently witnessing power struggles that has divided it into two factions, with one faction led by Oburu supporting Ruto's re-election and the other compromised of top ODM leaders such as Sifuna, Babu Owino and James Orengo strongly opposed to Ruto's re-election.

Amid all these, Millie Odhiambo has indirectly declared her stance and hinted at the side she supports.

Following Thursday By-elections results, Millie Odhiambo congratulated Ruto's UDA Party for winning all the four seats that were vacant. 

The Suba North Legislator, in her message, described UDA as their partner, indirectly hinting at supporting Oburu's faction which appears to be routing for a coalition with UDA ahead of 2027 elections.

"As a member of ODM, I congratulate our partner in By-elections results today: Isiolo South MP - UDA, West Kabras MCA - UDA, Muminji MCA - UDA, Evurore MCA - UDA, Revelations 2:29" Reads Millie Odhiambo's full Message.

The message came after the By-elections results were announced. Millie Odhiambo in the message Indirectly declared her stance amid conflict between Oburu's faction and that of Sifuna.
