This follows the former candidate for Mbeere's MCA elections under Justine Muturi's DP party leaving the United Opposition and joining President William Ruto's United Alliance party.
Hon. Deniss Itumbi claimed on his social media page that Hon. Kegoro left the DP party and joined the UDA party, where he was chosen as one of the Grassroots Leaders in an election that took place over the weekend.

That is following his literal whitewashing by UDA.
This past weekend, he was also able to secure a seat as a UDA grassroots leader.
