Dennis Muigai, popularly known as Dennoh Gaucho, who is vying for the Naivasha parliamentary seat, has urged calm and accountability in the ongoing disputes involving Moses Kuria, Jane Kihara, and former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua. He called for public apologies from all sides to restore political decorum.

Muigai emphasized that national leaders should exercise caution when communicating online, noting that reckless statements can heighten tensions and provoke personal attacks.

He specifically criticized Moses Kuria for remarks seen as disrespectful toward Jane Kihara and suggested that an apology would help lower political heat.

He also addressed allegations made against former First Lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta, urging Jane Kihara and Rigathi Gachagua to take responsibility.

Muigai described claims about stolen sheep during Gachagua’s tenure as Deputy President as disrespectful, stressing that Mama Ngina, as an elderly widow, deserves honour and dignity.

Highlighting the real challenges facing Kenyans—high costs of living, unemployment, and limited opportunities—Muigai argued that political debates should focus on solutions rather than personal insults or unverified claims. He said that public apologies would demonstrate leadership and humility.

Finally, Muigai encouraged politicians to settle disputes through dialogue and lawful means rather than online confrontations, noting that those seeking office should set an example of respect, honesty, and restraint.

He concluded by urging leaders to prioritize national unity over personal and political rivalries ahead of the general election.
