Despite the campaigns the united opposition is yet to reveal who they will settle on to go against president William Ruto.
However, there are two big names that Kenyans are expecting though they don't know who exactly will take what position.
Lawyer Wahome Thuku has come out to predict that if the united opposition fronts Kalonzo as the flag bearer he will lose very early.
He said that the defeat will be very bad and they should consider another person who has better chances of winning against Ruto.
"YOU then put ati Kalonzo Musyoka of Wiper against William Samoei Ruto in 2027. Atanyoroshwa na Ruto mvua inyeshe."
For sometime now Wahome has been advocating for Matiang'i to be allowed to fly the opposition flag as he believes he stands a better chance than Kalonzo.
Wahome also believes that Matiang'i is a man of his word and will transform the country like no one has ever.
