According to the survey results released on March 4, William Ruto's UDA Party has been beaten by DCP, an indication that DCP has started gaining political weight in some areas of the nation.
The Rigathi Gachagua led DCP Party has led with a support percentage of 28.4. UDA follows closely in second place at 26.5 percent.
The poll also indicates that 28.3 percent of those surveyed do not support any political party, a figure that rivals the top contenders and highlights growing voter indecision.
The Forme ruling party, Jubilee Party, was ranked third among established parties with 11.8 percent support, while the Oburu Odinga led Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) tailed at 2.9 percent.
Other political parties collectively accounted for 2.1 percent.
The findings suggest a shifting political landscape as parties reposition ahead of future electoral contests in Kenya. The tight race between DCP and UDA could allegedly signal intensifying competition for voter loyalty, particularly among undecided citizens.
Leaders from the respective parties are yet to formally respond to the survey results, which are expected to spark debate across the country’s political arena.
