Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has publicly declared his readiness to form a political coalition with the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) under Oburu Odinga, on the condition that President William Ruto is excluded from any arrangement.
Speaking in remarks captured by The Kenya Times, Gachagua, now leader of the Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP), stated:
"I am willing to work with like-minded people and ODM, together with Oburu Odinga, as long as there is no involvement of President William Ruto."
